HealthSET

With care and compassion, HealthSET provides free and essential health care, advocacy and social services so that low-income elderly are able to continue to live independently and with dignity. Without these important services many of the seniors we assist would be spending more time in the hospital and emergency rooms. HealthSET empowers low-income seniors to continue to live independently and make healthy choices, resulting in lower healthcare costs and improved quality of life.
